What you need to know about Jamb 2022.
Joint admission and matriculation board (Jamb) is a body charged with the responsibility of conducting entrance exam for prospective students into Nigeria Tertiary Institutions. The examination board council was founded in 1978. The examination is known as the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). It is usually a Computer based standardized examination designed to assess problem solving, knowledge of scientific concepts, critical reasoning and principles significance.
Who is qualified to sit for UTME?
Those who have:
i) Completed or about to complete full course of training in a Secondary School, technical college, teacher training college or an approved institution of equivalent status.
ii) Attained the age of sixteen years (16) or would have done so, by the first day of October in the year of his/her candidature.
When will Jamb 2022 Registration Commence?
19th February to 26th March, 2022.
What are the credentials for Jamb 2022 Registration?
I) National Identification Number NIN
ii) O level result i.e Waec, Neco or GCE; those with awaiting result can also apply.
iii) Email and Phone Number.
How can Candidates apply?
Firstly, by sending NIN space their NIN Number to 55019 or 66019, e.g NIN 175171761 and there after get their Profile code via text message.
Afterwards, Candidates will be required to purchase UTME Registration E pin, either from Jamb Offices, Online Vendors or Authorized Banks and then proceed to Jamb approved CBT centres for proper registration.☀️

How many subjects will a candidate write?
Four subjects, which include:
i) Compulsory use of English, which has 60 questions and three other subjects with 40 questions related to your intending course of study.

How long will Jamb Registration lasts?
For four or six weeks as the case may be, Just keep over #6000 for E pin and Registration proper.
How many years can one use a UTME result for admission?
A UTME result is only valid for one academic session.

Read all topics, but also follow the Syllabus for guidelines.
